  • Make sure to try the beef brisket, it's the best I've ever had.
  • Chuck Wagon is always packed when I go, so don't arrive expecting a quick lunch. I try to go at 11:00 or 1:00. By 11:10 there's usually a line 10-12 deep.
  • It's not on the menu, but you can ask for "The Chuck Wagon." It's a large beef brisket sandwich with mild or spicy sausage on top, cut into strips.
